How to see results online
After we received your order, the laboratory will take 2 up to 4 working days to have results available on your personal account.
We don’t offer expedited processing. Please make sure to arrange shipping times in accordance with your needs and with the turnaround time of the lab (2-4 working days Monday to Friday).
Note: We don’t mail certificates nor give results over the phone. To see results online you must log in with your email and password. If you have not established a password or if you forgot yours, click here or call/text our office during business hours 833 BIRD-DNA that is 833 247-3362.

My Account: Username and password
All accounts are protected with a password. You can only log in with your email and password. If you don’t know/forgot your password, you can use the recovery option on the website or email us to firstname.lastname@example.org to reset it for you
Once logged in, you can access your account information: billing address, edit personal info, manage your orders, place new orders and download certificates
To see your orders and download certificates you must click on ORDERS, the second word on the left column
Once you clicked on Orders, you will have all your previous and current orders available for you to see.
If you click on the Order number (on blue color): You will see a timeline of all orders placed, orders received and orders completed.
If you click on Download certificate: you will get PDF certificates downloaded to your PC, Laptop or Mobile.
