Dear customer: please be aware in case of a positive result for the Psittacosis test you are selecting, we need to make you aware that such result is a reportable disease under the CDC and the Florida Department of Agriculture.
If you are located in Florida we are obliged by law to contact the Florida Department of Agriculture and inform about your positive result. They will contact you afterwards to receive more information.
If you are outside of Florida please reach out to your state’s Department of Health to report it.

- Order Online: Complete your order to receive your printable submission form and order ID by email.
- Collect Specimen: Collect the required sample following our Cloacal Swab Collection Guide and place each sample in an individual zip-lock bag.
- Mail to Our Miami Lab: Mail samples to IQ Genetics LLC, 4300 SW 73rd Ave, Suite 107, Miami, FL 33155.
- Arrival Alert & Results: You receive an automatic email as soon as your sample arrives at the lab (when the turnaround clock begins) and a second email with your PDF certificate once results are ready.
