- Order Online: Complete your order to receive your printable submission form and order ID by email.
- Collect Specimen: Collect the required sample following our Blood Sample Collection Guide and place each sample in an individual zip-lock bag.
- Mail to Our Miami Lab: Mail samples to IQ Genetics LLC, 4300 SW 73rd Ave, Suite 107, Miami, FL 33155.
- Arrival Alert & Results: You receive an automatic email as soon as your sample arrives at the lab (when the turnaround clock begins) and a second email with your PDF certificate once results are ready.
